Returns & Refunds

You can request a return within7 daysof delivery. Anunboxing videois required, and a ₹100 return shipping fee applies.

Once the returned product is received and verified, refunds are issued to youroriginal payment method(or bank account for COD orders) within8–15 business days.

3. Are all items returnable?

No,personal care itemsare non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Also, sale items and items without unboxing video proof are not eligible for return.
